IT policies and procedures help communicate institutional expectations for student and employee behavior, establish operational practices, and address compliance obligations. This seminar will identify key IT policies and procedures that should be in place at your institution and will provide an overview of organizational processes for policy development, documentation of procedures and practices, communication and enforcement, and periodic reviews and updates.
