Carnegie Mellon's Planning and Project Management Office in the central IT Computing Services division recently evaluated the product delivery offerings for its project and portfolio management software application. The analysis weighed the costs and benefits associated with continuing to run the SaaS application model versus migrating to an in-house solution. This session will provide insight into the approach taken by the discovery team and explore the factors involved in determining the solution that best meets the needs of the division.
