TC Apps: A Suite of Learning Resources

Teachers College Columbia University has replaced its aging course management system with TC Apps, a suite of online applications (mostly open source and hosted in the cloud) available via single sign-on through the college portal. We will describe the architecture of this system and how it was developed.
