The Kansas Partnership for Accessible Technology (KPAT) addresses technology accessibility issues to ensure that access to State of Kansas communications technologies is equitable and inclusive. State universities actively participate in the partnership, providing guidance about challenges and opportunities of accessibility in higher education.
