Too often, questions circle around return on investment (ROI) and educational technology; most go unanswered. Several years ago, Gartner, ECAR, and others introduced value on investment (VOI) as a means to understand "soft" returns beyond ROI. VOI can apply to educational technology, and this poster will explore one approach.
