At UW–Madison with the arrival of a new CIO, IT decision making was reviewed and changed based on the hypothesis that creating a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities in the area of IT decision making provides for more effective and efficient use of IT. In this session, three individuals with completely different perspectives will agree and disagree on the issues and the impact.
