Seminar 01P - Using Dashboards and Analytics to Lead Teams and Enhance Performance (separate registration required)

Numerous technologies and techniques are available that leaders can leverage to help teams and individuals perform at their highest levels. These tools include personal performance dashboards, metrics and analytics, mind mapping, and decision modeling, among others. When developed and utilized effectively and collaboratively, operational management, strategic planning, resource allocation, goal achievement, and similar challenges are accomplished faster and more effectively. As well, developing professionals and leaders are coached to help them learn to think more systematically and strategically. This seminar will focus on techniques to structure and manage projects and goals effectively, including metrics and analytics, to promote achievement. We'll demonstrate tools and techniques including performance dashboards and decision modeling using Excel, OneNote, Visio, Mind Manager, and other readily available and relatively inexpensive applications. You'll gain knowledge, skills, and strategies to promote personal success, lead and develop individuals and teams, and manage organizational performance for success.
