A system of e-portfolios of physician students was set up in 2010 on the social network of Paris Descartes University. This social learning tool (based on ELGG open-source software) is extremely useful for mobile students who alternate brief periods with training. It allows for a simplified teaching follow-up for the tutors of medical studies.
