Assessing Technical Readiness of Online Learners

A 2011 survey was conducted to gauge Penn State's online students' use of current and near-future technologies. Findings reveal how adult learners studying at a distance are incorporating technology into their daily lives, education experiences, and pursuits and provide strategic direction for technology use in future course design.
