Achieving The Dream (ATD) is a reform network dedicated to helping low-income students and students of color earn a marketable credential. As ATD colleges become more evidence-based, they demand more data. This, in turn, puts demands on IT. "What works" at ATD colleges in the relationship between IT and IR will be discussed.
