Open Orchestra: A Hi-Fi Immersive Music Simulator

Thursday, November 08, 2012 | 6:30PM–7:20PM | Meeting Room 301/302
Session Type: E12
Many students have limited opportunities to practice with an orchestra. Open Orchestra is an immersive simulation that allows students to practice with the full ensemble and have an expert conductor review their performance. They replace a real musician in the orchestra or an opera performer on stage, seeing and hearing what they would from that position.
