Building bench strength in IT leadership and creating a leadership culture are key to the future of our organizations and improve our ability to cope with challenging times. A team of Illinois staff members from across central and distributed departments created a leadership workshop with this need in mind. We'll share our methods and blueprint for a successful introductory leadership workshop and to give you the building blocks you need to create a similar resource on your campus. We'll demonstrate techniques, provide logistical information, and give other details to help you create your own program.
