Led by women who currently are higher education CIOs, this seminar is designed for women who are interested in pursuing senior IT leadership positions. The highly interactive, participative, and spirited conversational session will focus on defining paths to senior leadership positions, recognizing your strengths and areas for development, dispelling myths about leading technology organizations, and discussing how to lead in higher ed IT while maintaining authenticity, core competencies, and a work-life balance. The participants will create a next steps map for their career and establish relationships with their peers that can be a significant aspect of succeeding in senior leadership.
