Universidad Mariano Galvez de Guatemala underwent a complete institutional HGTV-style makeover to meet the teaching and learning demands of the 21st century. Rather than tackle this process little by little, this large international university took the plunge and transformed its pedagogy, technology, and space in just two years. In this session, we'll review how their experience provides a model for how other institutions of higher education can approach enterprise-wide change.
