The explosive expansion of Wi-Fi–enabled mobile devices, also known as the BYOD effect, has changed the campus landscape. This session will guide participants through six steps in the development of Wi-Fi services, from strategic planning to communication to support services. Attendees will leave the session with actionable plans for their institution.
