This session will discuss technology contracting and update attendees on the current state of federal law and regulation governing copyright (including laws under consideration by Congress). Additionally, the speakers will discuss digital defamation and cyberbullying, the latest regulations and case law governing e-discovery and records management, BYOD, social media policies, and recent export controls issues. Other legal issues of interest that arise during the year will also be included. This interactive presentation will include significant use of case studies and attendee discussions.
