The accessibility of online content is a concern of every institution of higher education. This workshop will provide a foundation for understanding the needs of students with disabilities and enable participants to create accessible online content based on strategies and tips that are easy to understand and implement. A hands-on, interactive approach will be used to teach you specific steps for making online content accessible. The facilitators, responsible for online accessible content in their organization, will share their insights, successes, and learning moments in creating accessible course content. You'll gain hands-on practice and leave with guides and tip sheets to help implement learned practices at your institution.
