Seminar 17P - Following the Bouncing Ball to Senior IT Leadership Positions (separate registration required)

Led by current higher education CIOs, this seminar is designed for attendees who are interested in pursuing senior IT leadership positions. The highly interactive, participative, and spirited conversational session will focus on defining paths to senior leadership positions, building a culture of inclusivity and a diverse pool of team members, recognizing strengths and areas for development, figuring out the right fit for the right time, dispelling myths about leading technology organizations and what it takes to "get ahead," exploring career on and off ramps, and discussing how to be prepared to lead in a multigenerational higher ed IT environment while maintaining authenticity, core competencies, and a work-life balance. We will engage in small-group activities designed to stimulate next steps in your career and create a plan to get there.
