This 90-minute session will highlight recent progress in the implementation of adaptive learning approaches to improve undergraduate education by colleges and universities participating in the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Adaptive Learning Market Acceleration Program. In the first half, we'll deep dive into recent adaptive learning implementations by several colleges to help explain and narrate what implementation lessons have been learned and the impact on learners of these approaches. In the second half, a panel of leading adaptive learning vendors will discuss what's been achieved to date and where adaptive learning is heading in the next two to five years.


OUTCOMES: Learn how several colleges are implementing adaptive learning technologies in their undergraduate curriculum to improve learner mastery and course completion rates * Gain familiarity of the end student experience within an adaptive learning module or course, as developed by representative institutions * Engage in dialogue with and hear from key visionaries, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders from major adaptive learning providers
