Strategic, cultural, and operational considerations and challenges are involved when implementing an IT governance process. IT governance process design needs to fit an organization, as does the model, processes, and tools for portfolio and project management that support the governance process and successfully execute initiatives.


OUTCOMES: Investigate the many considerations, and challenges for implementing an IT governance process at the institution * Work through how to design an IT governance process to fit the specific needs of an organization * Discover how to develop the processes and tools for portfolio and project management to support the IT governance process
