IT leaders are integral to driving, managing, and supporting the educational transformations that currently abound. Effective transformation depends heavily on IT leaders' abilities to create campus buy-in and consensus. In this seminar, we will use active learning methodologies to explore a tested engagement framework with real-life examples of its application.


OUTCOMES: Identify and frame campus problems of interest with insights toward understanding and leveraging the governance and community dynamics needed to address the problem * Discover ways to effectively build and engage campus communities * Explore tools, materials, and a draft project plan to kick off initiatives on campuses using community-based decision making
