Health care providers and IT personnel both have to assist in solving problems that are mysterious to those we serve. This session will examine the Whole Person Care model developed for health care providers at Loma Linda University Health. We will show how this model has been adapted to train IT support personnel in enhancing their desk-side behavior.


Outcomes: Understand that there is more to IT support than fixing technical problems * Learn about the CLEAR model and the importance of each part of it * Learn how to apply this model in various IT support contexts
