Applying Physician Bedside Strategies to IT Support Delivery

Health care providers and IT personnel both have to assist in solving problems that are mysterious to those we serve. This session will examine the Whole Person Care model developed for health care providers at Loma Linda University Health. We will show how this model has been adapted to train IT support personnel in enhancing their desk-side behavior.
