Information technology systems have invaded modern facilities at a pace that is challenging both security and support staff. Campuses are experiencing an explosion of embedded control devices and their associated requirements for facilities. The session will explore best practices and strategies to securely enable these modern facilities.

Outcomes: Identify technology risks within facilities * Learn about mitigation strategies for operational technologies * Realize that security is not at the forefront of these technologies' design.
