Architecting the Next-Generation Digital Learning Environment: A Corporate Forum (By invitation only)

This session will convene higher education corporate thought leaders to imagine the next generation of digital learning environments. The landscape of postsecondary teaching and learning is hugely diverse, suggesting that the community needs to construct a new paradigm to be able to meet the heterogeneous market needs. Supported by funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, EDUCAUSE has conducted research in this area and seeks to bring the corporate community into this important conversation. This event will include an overview into the research findings and primarily focus on corporate feedback and discussion. Breakout sessions will address the new digital domains, standards to achieve integration and interoperability, and ways of moving the agenda forward. This invitation-only event is supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
