The number of online tools constantly expands, while the time and energy to support them remains finite. How can we prioritize efforts to achieve the greatest impact? We will collaboratively develop a set of principles for doing so from the perspectives of both an educational technologist and an academic officer.


Outcomes: Learn how to prioritize different sorts of educational technology projects, balance faculty and program initiatives, and make the greatest impact on teaching and learning
