The enterprise value multiplier (EVM) for Infrastructure teams is the value added to the institution when employees invest themselves to provide solutions that improve both their person and their employer. This talk describes the EVM process and illustrates IT operations maturity beyond efficiency, availability, functionality, security, management, and customer satisfaction.
