Research universities face many challenges curating research data. Effective, scalable, and secure processes are needed, but for many are still ad hoc. This session brings together professionals from the universities of Edinburgh and Wisconsin and Research Space to compare recent research data management (RDM) initiatives in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Outcomes: Learn about alternative approaches to U.S. and U.K. RDM * Facilitate better articulation of common RDM development issues * Identify RDM strategies for possible adoption
