Session Type:
Professional Development
Colleges and universities have been under growing pressure to increase the rates of student retention and completion. These calls for improvements coincide with an increased capacity, through technology, to collect and process information. At the intersection of these trends is the concept of iPASS, integrating data and systems already in place to improve planning and advising for the benefit of student progress. In an initiative backed by key funding partners, institutions are using iPASS systems to transform academic planning, counseling and coaching, and risk targeting and intervention. Stop by for an informal opportunity to talk with Nancy Millichap, program officer with the Next Generation Learning Challenges, to learn about the association's initiatives and resources on this topic.
