In 2014, Purdue University North Central instituted a peer-mentoring program designed to help faculty improve their online and blended courses. This session will examine and demonstrate courses "before and after" participation in the program, as well as discuss challenges in balancing technical training with pedagogical training for faculty.
Outcomes: Learn strategies to balance technical and pedagogical training needs in faculty professional development * Learn how to develop faculty-friendly technology professional development that honors diverse backgrounds and skills
