The Lehman College Dashboard (LCD) allows user self-service for obtaining reports. Users are no longer outsiders in the report-creation process. As subject matter experts, they are involved creating metadata and validating output. Users have become the stakeholders of the complex reports that focus on enrollment, retention, revenue, and expenditures.


Outcomes: Explore how to implement BI in public higher ed and attendant cultural issues * Establish approaches for collaboration and co-creation * Discover ways to implement BI at low cost and develop action plan
