Hear from members of an EDUCAUSE/Jisc group focusing on developing the leadership pipeline. Join us to address challenges next-gen IT professionals face in progressing to a leadership role. We'll discuss how to attract talent to IT from both inside and outside higher education and identify staff retention techniques and programs to support career progression.


Outcomes: Explore significant barriers to IT leadership in order to understand how to mitigate them * Identify specific ways that IT organizations can work to attract and retain IT talent * Address various support programs that can be used to help in developing future IT leaders
