SDS is a professional development program for those serving in higher education IT as senior directors or those actively seeking senior director roles within the next year. Programming provides over eight hours of training, peer networking, and mentoring offered by highly experienced leaders. The four-day program begins with a required half-day preconference seminar and includes a mentoring session, a roundtable lunch on day 2, and a networking reception on day 3. The program concludes with a roundtable breakfast on the final day of the annual conference.Qualifying questions: Are you currently in a higher education IT role as an experienced senior manager or director (serving between the roles manager and CIO) at your institution?Do you have five or more years of experience in managing staff and projects?Are you actively seeking a senior director-level role, or do you plan to do so within the next year?
