Challenges in supporting and teaching technology often hinge not on technology but on human reactions to it. Knowing yourself in relation to others is crucial to overcoming these challenges. Leveraging Myers-Briggs, interpersonal strategies, and coactive communication can build your facility in helping others overcome tech anxiety while keeping your wits.
