IT leaders are integral to managing and supporting the educational transformations that currently abound. Effective transformation depends heavily on IT leaders' abilities to create campus buy-in and consensus. In this seminar, we use active learning methodologies to explore a tested engagement framework with real-life examples of its application.


OUTCOMES: Frame problems and gain insights for leveraging the associated governance and community dynamics * Develop and engage communities * Design a draft plan to kick-off community-based decision-making initiatives.
