Staff assessment literacies are priority for Plymouth University, promoting e-assessment for enhancing the student experience and improving student feedback. This poster presentation will outline the consequences of not undertaking suitable training, illustrate misconceptions of academic staff, and present support processes and advocacy measures used to reinforce staff assessment literacies.
