Enrollment capacity, campus operational efficiency, faculty productivity and student success are interrelated. Universities and colleges are challenged to provide efficient class schedules as budgets are being redirected for a successful teaching and learning outcome. This session highlights the importance of collaboration, unique application implementation methodologies that have been developed by CSU to deliver the data driven leadership at all levels.
