When traditional means of reaching students are no longer effective, how do you communicate your most important messages to them? Attend this session to learn how Indiana University developed a grassroots program to engage students during the development, feedback, and adoption phases of IT services.


Outcome: Assess resources needed for a student outreach program aimed at raising awareness and adoption of IT services to recognize new partnerships and to identify opportunities to interact with student users in meaningful, face-to-face encounters
