The Other Transformation

It's tempting at times to talk about "transformation of higher education" as if it were a single wave washing over the enterprise of teaching, learning, and research. In fact, there are many transformations happening simultaneously—many involving or depending on enabling technologies. However, perhaps the most important technology transformation is the other transformation we discuss the least—the transformation not of what we do but of how we do it. During this session, we'll exchange ideas about transformation in general and this other transformation in particular. How are we changing the way we talk about, think about, decide about, and implement technology initiatives on campus?
