Experienced IT employees often know exactly which processes and systems prove the most irksome to their customers, but there is an art to naming strategic opportunities without appearing confrontational.
This workshop provides tools for participants to identify these opportunities and the skills necessary to resolve them, then cooperatively pitch a new role for themselves. These informal activities work well on their own or in tandem with more formal Organizational Change Management initiatives. The workshop also includes a train-the-trainer element so participants can replicate the activities for their colleagues.
