If You Build It, Will They Come? A Software Implementation Becomes a Catalyst for Organizational Change

Wellesley College embarked on a campus-wide software implementation to develop an integrated database of events and classes and an all-campus calendar. The implementation triggered organizational change and forced the college to address difficult issues, including space ownership, fragmented business practices and decision making, and staffing implications.
