This presentation will demonstrate methods for engaging campus communities and leaders in developing comprehensive IT plans, as well as shaping IT organizations to then enact those plans and directions effectively. The perspectives of a CIO from a small, private college and a senior director for information systems and services from a large public university will help frame different methods to achieve good outcomes.
