Using a collaborative team of three business units, MSU implemented a Web-based system for collecting, viewing, and analyzing student surveys that provide feedback on the quality of courses and instruction. This presentation highlights the challenges of creating and managing a team with very different approaches to development arising from each unit's culture, and how this approach contributed to a successful outcome.
