Performance Improvement Initiatives Processes Reengineering at MSU

Budget constraints continue to force universities to do more with less. This session will highlight the centralized continuous improvement movement at Michigan State University and how this initiative, along with the leveraging of technology, has radically improved processes and dramatically reduced waste in the Office of Admissions and Scholarships.
