The University of Mississippi has implemented an online admissions application process leveraging SAP's Workflow and Internet Service Request (ISR) tools. Workflow in conjunction with ISR allows for customized, dynamic admissions applications and the automation of various processes unique to each office. This presentation will demonstrate the application form and its processing.
