University of California San Diego has implemented Web portal for electronic billing and payment of student fees. In addition to electronic billing and payment, the portal allows students to authorize third-party access to the electronic billing and payment tool. The portal design provides real-time access to all student charges and posts electronic check payments to their account immediately.
