A Model for Funding and Improving Technology Resources on a University Campus

This presentation will demonstrate the model used to plan, manage, support, and creatively fund technology initiatives at Eastern Illinois University. The "report card" indicating technological progress and the pros and cons for advocating centralization, standardization, and sharing resources will be highlighted as part of the overall strategy to effectively implement organizational change.
