The Supreme Court's decision in the MGM v Grokster case will be announced within a few months. Depending on whose arguments you believe, the result will be either the end of innovation as we know it, or the end of intellectual property as a commercially viable business. And whoever wins, the loser will be knocking on the door of Congress to reverse the decision. Our panel will explore the range of possibilities and speculate on the real-world impacts.
