An in-house project team has implemented core functions required to administer Title IV and other aid per federal, state, and institutional regulations. This session will showcase a methodology that enabled gathering complex requirements and converting them to technical specifications. Major project management challenges were overcome to allow for seamless integration of the financial aid processes with admissions and records.
