Technology-enhanced classrooms are the heart of the 21st-century learning environment. Managing and supporting the infrastructure embedded in those environments is paramount to a successful learning experience. This session will focus on organizational structure and classroom design, including software metering, local and remote applications, customer service and expectations, incident tracking, and growth opportunities.
