
A Model for Offering Professional Development Training Online

This presentation describes a study that investigated the effects of offering professional development curriculum online on preservice teacher outcomes. The online delivery of instruction proved to be effective. Participants experienced significant gains in use and understanding of technology, attitudes toward technology, online learning readiness, computer literacy skills, and computer self-efficacy.
